Time for a "thank you" and some changes!

August 12, 2009

So many people came out to the Pride Day Festival at Sunset Beach on the Pride long weekend in Vancouver.  A lot of you came by the booth to hang out and watch the zany goings on.  Thanks to all who came by and more thanks to those who walked away with some gear!  What a day it was.  Thank goodness for my assistant Jeff who filled in for a promo girl who couldn't make it at the last minute.  You're a life saver Jeff!  Jeff also gets mad props for making the beer run so we could stand there with our "coffees" while watching all the goings on.
Thank you to all!

Time for some changes...

Well after a few months of learning the ropes of running a clothing company, I've decided to make some changes.  The biggest one is PRICES!
Head into the store to see the new pricing.  I've shaved $7 off the caps, $3-$10 off all the tees and $14-$20 off the hoodies on all current projects.  I want to release another project soon and the best way to be able to afford to do that is to sell the stuff I have in stock.  So if you've been putting off rocking that dope Samurai Hoodai or dropping a van onto your chest, now's the time to do it!  I'm also going to be using a different clothing wholesaler.  I don't feel I'm getting the customer service and respect from the current one, so I may end up using different garments for some of the new projects.  I've got my eye on an even nicer hoodie than what I've been using up to this point.
These changes might mean that, as much as I'm going to try to continue doing so, I may not be able to offer NAFTA friendly garments for all of the items in each new project.

I'll be keeping you all posted when the new project is in its concept stages, but at this point I'm not sure when the next one is going to be released.  My other company, Donkey Ink Design is blowing up right now and is taking all my effort (hence the lateness of this Nog entry).  However, I'm going to be adding toques to Project 003: Headgear in time for fall and winter... so stay tuned!

To those of you who already have your Project gear, don't forget to send in your pictures so I can add them to the Projectors Projecting photo gallery!

Thank you all again, and stay classy!
Jamie
